If you don’t want to ping them every time, just ping them when giving them the solution to their problem. Some users won’t check back onto their Discord until they get pinged. It’s always best to mention a user when giving a response, busy hours or not. Sometimes, people will come onto the server and just say, “Help!” Well, okay, what do you need help with? If this is the case, mention the user and kindly ask them to provide their LastException, LastUIException, or LastCrash text file.
